Thomas J. Mueller, President
Tom is a founding partner of Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Company having thirty years of experience in real estate finance, appraisal, and sales. As Vice President and Division Head at United Virginia Mortgage Corporation, he was responsible for all commercial real estate lending activities. In his capacity as Manager, Tom was responsible for all loan production, administration, loan servicing, marketing and investor/correspondent relations for income property financing for UVMC's five regional offices located throughout the state of Virginia. From our Central Virginia Office, Tom serves his Virginia clients. He also works with Fulton Bank affiliates to serve the mortgage financing needs of their clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.

R. Bradford Partrea, Senior Vice President
Brad has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He began his career as a commercial mortgage lending officer with Life of Virginia, and served two years as an officer with Richmond Equivest the real estate joint venture subsidiary of Life of Virginia. Brad was one of the three original partners in Atlantic Mortgage and Investment in 1979. He is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker. Brad is past president of the Board of Caritas, a Richmond Faith-based homeless Shelter and currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Commonwealth University Real Estate Foundation. He has served as both an Adjunct Professor and Guest Lecturer in Real Estate Finance in the VCU Masters Degree in Real Estate program. Brad received his Bachelors Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Richmond and a MS in Business Administration-Real Estate Concentration from Virginia Commonwealth University. From our Central Virginia Office, Brad serves his Virginia clients. He also works with Fulton Bank affiliates to serve the mortgage financing needs of their clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.

Russell G. Hanson, Jr., Senior Vice President
Russ is a founding partner of Atlantic Mortgage & Investment and manages the Hampton Roads region of Virginia from its Chesapeake office. He has been active in commercial mortgage banking in Hampton Roads since 1971. Having begun his commercial mortgage banking experience at Cameron Brown, Russ has extensive production, administrative, and marketing experience. Russ has served as Chairman of the Chesapeake Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Chesapeake YMCA and is Chairman of The Chesapeake Economic Development Authority.

David G. Hanson, Vice President
David joined Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Company in January 1995 as the Analyst in our Chesapeake office. He moved into production in 1998 and was named a Vice President in 2002. David began his real estate career at Garman-Chandler Commercial Real Estate as a Commercial Sales and Leasing agent specializing in investment sales; office, retail, and industrial leasing. David majored in the Real Estate Finance program (1994) at Old Dominion University and is active in the community serving on several boards including the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast, The HER Shelter, and Chesapeake Rotary Club. David is a member of HRACRE, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, and is a graduate of Leadership Chesapeake (2004).

Jonathan
Hoke, Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer
Jonathan joined Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Company in January 2007. He serves as the northern point person working with Fulton Financial Corporation's Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland affiliate banks. Jon received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Ohio University. Prior to joining the Atlantic Mortgage staff, Jon worked for Delaware National Bank, an affiliate of Fulton Financial Corporation. He served two years in the Southern Delaware coastal markets as a Consumer Lending Officer and Branch Administrator. Working out of our Jenkintown, PA Fulton Bank location, Jon collaborates with affiliate bank Relationship Manager's to serve the clients of Fulton Financial Corp.
