Tom Mueller is a founding partner of Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Company having over 35 years of experience in mortgage banking, regional banking, appraisal, equity investment, and institutional real estate sales.
As President of Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Company while it was a division of Fulton Bank, Mr. Mueller was responsible for all loan production, administration, loan servicing, marketing and investor/correspondent relations for income property financing for regional offices located in Richmond and Hampton Roads, Virginia, Raleigh, North Carolina, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to that position, Mr. Mueller was Commercial Loan Division head of United Virginia Mortgage, responsible for commercial real estate lending in Virginia.
Mr. Mueller has extensive and close working relationships with nearly all of the nation's institutional real estate lenders in addition to the region's prominent real estate developers and investors. He has received numerous production awards from nationally recognized lenders such as Prudential Mortgage Capital's "Elite Producers" and Bridger Commercial Funding's "Home Run Hitters." Mr. Mueller was educated at Elgin College in Elgin, Illinois (Business Administration), and The Real Estate Institute in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, he has taken numerous Appraisal Institute (MAI) and CCIM courses, as well as real estate investment and development courses at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. He is a licensed Virginia Real Estate professional and is a Charter Member of the prestigious Richmond Real Estate Group.
